Teenaged organists from c. grade 5 to grade 8 level are invited to attend this day using two inspiring organs in the City of London.
What you can expect from this day
Two sessions in graded groups of repertoire coaching on Baroque and later music
Coaching on essential keyboard musicianship skills: sight reading and transposition
A session on church service playing focussing on hymn playing
The teachers
David Pipe is the new co-director (with Simon Williams) of The Organ Student Experience (TOSE) Week. He was the founding director of the Diocese of Leeds' Keyboard Studies Programme and is organist of Huddersfield Town Hall.
