The RCO mentoring programme offers informal and confidential support with career-related matters from fellow professionals. The programme’s focus is on professional life as an organist and/or choral director. Read more.
The RCO delivers career development and professional support in partnership with the Musicians’ Union (MU). Through our joint membership offer, RCO members can join the MU at 50% of the usual rate. Our online Find a Teacher service receives more than 3,000 visits every year. RCO Members can apply for RCO Accredited Teacher status or add their name to the free RCO Register of Teachers. Read more.
The RCO runs two jobs board services for the benefit of our members — Situations Vacant and Positions Sought. Situations Vacant allows any employer to post vacancies to the job boards on the College website.
